Late Payments
| We operate a 5 day late payment policy. If you do not pay within 5 days of the due date your account is automatically suspended and will face a £5 reactivation fee. If you do not pay within another 30 days we will terminate your account. If you cannot pay because of, let's say, paypal is taking a long time to add money from your bank account, etc, please contact us the with reason and we will try to leave your account active for as long as we can. |
